Specialist Scribing and Assessment Support
Background
This client require support for ongoing recruitment rounds across a broad range of operational, corporate, policy, regulatory, ICT and leadership functions. To support its internal recruitment capability and support activities spanning APS through to SES classifications, the client required access to flexible, specialist recruitment support services that could integrate seamlessly with existing recruitment processes.
DFP was engaged to provide flexible scribing and assessment services that could be tailored to individual recruitment processes and panel requirements.
Our Approach
DFP works closely with panels to ensure scribing service activities are delivered consistently, efficiently and in accordance with commission requirements.
Key activities included:
Shortlisting and interview scheduling.
Remote and onsite interview scribing.
Facilitation of interview questions and written tasks/work sample assessments.
Verbal and online reference checking.
Preparation and completion of selection reports.
Acting as an Independent panel member.
Outcomes
DFP's flexible service model enabled the client to access specialist recruitment expertise as required, supporting efficient recruitment delivery across multiple and/or concurrent recruitment processes while maintaining assessment consistency and meeting key service delivery requirements:
Supported in excess of 250 unique recruitment processes across Australia since 2022.
Managed over 5,000 interviews, including scribing, referee checking and selection reporting activities.
Achieved all contracted service levels for interview scheduling, referee checks and selection reporting.
