Hya specialises in state government recruitment- building high performing teams and filling hard-to-fill roles. She sees recruitment as matchmaking: the right person, in the right role, at the right time- for both sides.

Outside of work, Hya enjoys spending time with family and friends, binge watching espionage series, and dreams of one day going to all the Disney parks in the world.
