Jeremy has over 20 years of professional experience, including 5 years of experience in legal recruitment. He has worked with Commonwealth, State and Territory Governments in relation to permanent, labour hire and unbundled recruitment solutions across Government legal practices. Jeremy has also worked with national and international law firms, as well as public and private companies. He has placed candidates at all levels from graduate and junior lawyers to senior associates and special and general counsels.

Jeremy’s wider professional experience includes corporate legal practice, program and policy development in the public service, management experience in the for-purpose and public sectors, as well as extensive teaching experience in law and criminology. In recent years, Jeremy has led university residential halls and colleges.

Jeremy is driven by relationships and is well-known for his ability to identify and synergise internal and external influences that are relevant to building high functioning teams and achieving strong policy and commercial outcomes. Having been a resident of the ACT for almost 20 years, Jeremy understands what makes the Nation’s Capital tick and has a sophisticated appreciation of the challenges and opportunities facing the Australian Public Service. He also understands the operational framework that underpins successful recruitment outcomes in this context.

Outside of work Jeremy is engaged in several volunteer social justice activities and continues his association with university residential halls and colleges in an associate capacity. He is also kept busy with his two young sons and their various sporting activities.
