Keira is skilled in identifying talent, building high performing teams, and creating positive candidate experiences. Through her leadership in hospitality, she has recruited, interviewed, onboarded, and developed team members across a range of roles, while balancing operational needs with long-term people development.

She loves the opportunity to identify potential and help people find roles where they can thrive. Throughout my leadership career, the most rewarding part has always been developing people, building confidence, and seeing individuals succeed. Outside of work, Keira loves travelling and exploring new countries and cultures.
