Building the mindsets and capabilities for what’s next
As 2026 draws to a close, organisations continue to navigate economic uncertainty, workforce transformation, accelerating AI and technology and rising expectations of leaders. Against this backdrop, the leadership landscape continues to shift – creating both new challenges and new possibilities for the year ahead. Drawing on current research, client insights and experiences from across the room, we’ll take stock of what we’ve learned through 2026 and explore the forces shaping leadership and work. Join fellow senior leaders, HR and People & Culture professionals, and learning leaders for an interactive workshop exploring what leadership will require as we move into 2027.
Together, we’ll explore questions such as:
What are the most significant challenges leaders are facing right now?
How are changing workforce expectations influencing leadership approaches?
What mindsets and capabilities will leaders need to navigate increasing
complexity, ambiguity and change, and to thrive in 2027 and beyond?
How can we create the conditions for leaders and teams to perform sustainably amidst ongoing change and disruption?
This practical and highly interactive workshop will provide an opportunity to share perspectives, test ideas and learn from experiences across sectors. Participants will leave with fresh insights, connections and practical ideas to help strengthen the leadership foundations, mindsets and capabilities their organisations will need for what’s next.
Attendance at the Forum is complimentary and will include breakfast, coffee and tea. Please RSVP to: Tom Hatch on 03 8632 9952 or email thatch@dfp.com.au by Friday 06 November 2026.
