Job description

  • $1000 - $1200 per day (dependant on experience)
  • Hybrid opportunity in Northern Sydney NSW
  • Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension
Our client is seeking Change Managers to join them for an initial 6-month contract (possibility of extension).
 
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
  • Develop and execute the Change Management Strategy for our clients programs
  • Ensure core change artefacts are completed in a consistent manner that feeds into the enterprise view of change
  • Provide Change Management Consultation services to leaders and staff to support the effective adoption of change
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and diagnose the strategic change solutions required with a strong risk mitigation focus
  • Build leader capability across the enterprise to lead change effectively and access consistent change management support through self-service as appropriate
  • Be flexible and adaptive to the changing needs of an organisation in transition, collaborating on change solutions that increase efficiency and positive change outcomes
Desirable Skills, experience:
  • Complex organisation background is preferred
  • Flexible in change approach – agile/flexible methodologies 
  • It is a lean team so experience in independent change management is preferred
  • Successful candidates won’t necessarily be leading a large team – hands on approach is required
  • High performer with a “go-getting” attitude
