Job description

Our State Government client is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Consultants to join their team on a temporary basis for 5 months with a possibility of extension.

The role: 

As a Customer Service Consultant in their busy call centre you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with individuals and corporations to recover funds or negotiate payment arrangements for outstanding funds. You’ll provide an excellent customer experience whilst also showing empathy and resilience. 

About you: 
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a challenging and high demand environment
  • The ability to interact with a diverse range of customers and build relationships
  • The ability to interpret and apply legislation and follow set procedures
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Be self-motivated to achieve personal performance goals and also be driven to contribute to team goals
