  • $70,000 – 74,000 + Super
Our client is one of Australia’s biggest energy retailers, generators and developers with over 1.1 million customers. They are investing in and developing large-scale renewables and storage projects as part of their ongoing effort to provide customers with reliable, affordable and sustainable energy.
 
We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a professional and polished Administrative Assistant to join the Executive pillar in the Sydney office - supporting the EA to the CEO and broader office operations.
 
The Administration Assistant plays a key role in maintaining smooth day to day business activities through administrative support, coordination of events, financial processing and office management.  Additionally, a tech savvy and collaborative approach along with strong communication skills are key to your success.
 
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Supporting the EA to CEO with executive coordination, including travel and general assistance
  • Coordinating and delivering office and team events, including invitations and RSVPs
  • Managing finance administration including purchase orders, invoices and expense reconciliation
  • Providing reception coverage and supporting office operations including supplies and visitors
  • Maintaining filing systems, liaising with building management and coordinating office maintenance
The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated experience working in a Microsoft Office environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
  • Exposure to Microsoft Forms, Power Automate or Canva is desirable
