Job description

We are looking for a passionate full-time Administration Coordinator to join our client in their head office at Burleigh Waters. Your role will involve being the central point of contact for their suppliers.

The Role:

This position provides a key support role to the Marketing and Supply Manager and provides the opportunity to be involved in several aspects of the growing team.

This role will suit an experienced individual who is focused, well organised and highly motivated.

Your main responsibilities will be;
  • Supplier engagement - liaising with suppliers from initial contact to the maintenance phase. Including but not limited to requesting new accounts, maintenance of marketing and product information for the eCommerce platform and master data maintenance in the ERP system.
  • Pricing maintenance - obtain supplier pricing, creation of pricing files, effectively manage pricing updates
  • Initiating continuous improvement activities and processes

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence to collaborate with suppliers, key stakeholders and the internal team
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with data integrity crucial
  • The ability to navigate our internal ERP and eCommerce platforms
  • Highly competent in Microsoft 365 tools
  • The ability to implement best practice processes
  • The ability to work autonomously and actively juggle competing priorities
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Tertiary Qualification preferred (e.g. Business or other relevant field) or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Previous exposure to agriculture is an advantage but not necessary
