Job description

DFP Recruitment Karratha are currently seeking an Administrator for a 6 month assignment with our client in the Karratha LIA.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.

Duties:
  • General reception duties such as answering incoming telephone calls, stationary orders, greeting clients and administrative support.
  • Coordinate accounts payable and purchase order management.
  • Support the Operations Administrator and Finance Administrators as required.
  • Assist the QOSHE Manager with data collection and input.
  • Prepare, maintain, publish, and file all records supporting all operational activities as required per quality process and management needs.
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Excellent people skills.
  • High level attention to detail.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Highly organised with excellent time management.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Willingness to learn on the job.
  • Previous reception and general administrative experience.
  • Knowledge and experience in an organisation that primarily provides services to the Oil & Gas, Construction and Mining Industries (desired but not essential).
  • Experience of maintaining documentation in a Quality controlled service environment (desired but not essential).

This is a Karratha based position, candidates must reside in or around Karratha.
