Job description

Our State Government client is seeking a motivated and reliable AO3/1 Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative and customer support within a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support during peak periods including EOY and SM WOM
  • Monitor and manage internal and external correspondence, ensuring timely responses
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and efficiency
  • Work within a KPI-driven environment, meeting performance expectations
  • Liaise with industry, local suppliers, and internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare accurate documents, reports, and maintain records in systems such as Ellipse and Microsoft Office
  • Contribute positively to team culture while managing recurring administrative tasks
  • Deliver strong customer service outcomes aligned with business objectives

About You:
  • Previous administration experience in a busy environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a KPI-focused setting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Professional, proactive, and team-oriented approach

Mandatory Requirement:
  • Current open Driver’s Licence
