Job description

Our State Government client is seeking an experienced AO3 Operations Officer for a part-time (3 days/week) role based in Cannon Hill. This is an initial 3-month contract with potential extension.

About the Role:
  • Monday & Friday fixed + 1 flexible day
  • 8-hour days | No WFH
  • Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily site operations and resources
  • Provide customer service and stakeholder support
  • Coordinate inductions, training, contractors, and deliveries
  • Manage inbox, bookings (OfficeMaps), and security system (C-Cure)
  • Monitor risks, supplies, and assist with reporting
  • Support WHS, First Aid, and floor warden duties

Requirements:
  • Must live near Cannon Hill
  • Flexible to cover additional shifts
  • Valid driver’s licence (occasional site travel)
