About the Role
We have several exciting opportunities available for experienced Project Manager's to join our client in several regional areas commencing immediately through to 24th December 2026 (with a potential extension). These roles are responsible for managing the delivery of building and construction projects while ensuring quality, budget, timeframes, and client expectations are achieved.

- Manage building projects from design to completion
- Coordinate project planning, documentation, and delivery activitie
- Administrator and manage construction contracts
- Engage with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholder
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and cash flow
- Lead negotiations and provide project management advice
- Coordinate project teams and external service provider
- Prepare project reports and monitor project performance
- Conduct project audits and manage project risks
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures
To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience managing the delivery of building or residential construction projects across Queensland
- Strong contract administration and stakeholder management skill
- Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
