Job description

Our State Government client is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join their team, overseeing maintenance works across residential housing assets.


About the Role:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising maintenance activities across a portfolio of housing properties. This role requires strong coordination of contractors, oversight of work orders and billing, and a firm commitment to safety and compliance.

You will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered efficiently, meet quality standards, and align with program objectives.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise maintenance works across housing assets
  • Monitor and manage contractor performance to ensure quality and timeliness
  • Oversee work orders, billing, and job progress to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  • Ensure all works are delivered in line with workplace health and safety requirements
  • Conduct site oversight to maintain safe work practices and compliance standards
  • Take ownership of allocated works, ensuring accountability from initiation through to completion
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Current driver’s licence
