We are seeking a skilled and passionate Application Developer to join our dynamic IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and upgrading our applications to meet evolving business needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance our systems and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust applications aligned with business requirements.
- Collaborate with teams to design, test, and deploy new features and enhancements.
- Utilize Microsoft DevOps, Visual Studio, Git, and SQL Server for efficient development and version control.
- Lead application upgrades from .NET Framework 4.6.2 to 4.8.1, ensuring seamless transitions.
- Upgrade NuGet packages for .NET applications to improve performance, security, and compatibility.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve our applications.
