Job description

DFP Recruitment is a preferred supplier for Federal Government and is proudly working with our client who is seeking multiple Administrators with great customer service to provide support to the team which will include a mix of inbound calls and administrative tasks.
 
Your responsibilities will include:
  • Processing applications.
  • Calculate entitlements for payments.
  • Handle and respond to telephone and written queries.
  • Administrative duties including mail and record management and other adhoc tasks as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful, you will need to have:
  • Strong administrative experience including working with figures
  • Call centre experience
  • Demonstrated experience handling sensitive information
  • Communicate professionally, discretely and respectfully
  • Ability to build relationships and engage with diverse groups of people
  • Having worked within Banking or Government sector will be advantageous
  • Must be an Australian Citizen and willing to undertake a National Police Clearance
