About the role

These positions provide administrative support to various teams within the Programs Branch of this large agency.
  • Provide administrative support across various scheme teams
  • Utilise in-house systems and reporting
  • Analysis of reports from various sources
  • Understand and implement various policies in relation to National Competitive Grants Program (NCGP) management
  • Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Undertake other tasks as directed.
Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:
  • Strong communication skills who can liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders including senior staff
  • A strong team focus with the ability to work cohesively in a team, as well as the ability to work effectively under limited direction, high pressure, and tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated initiative and attention to detail.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including a general understanding of data manipulation and data analysis
  • Proven ability to work independently, use good judgement and take responsibility for meeting objectives.
