- mobile app for job seekers
- digital assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a publisher and content support officer, you will:
- publish content in our bespoke Content Management System (CMS) including web content and notifications
- publish and manage content in the digital assistant
- provide content support including quality assurance and preparing work in GatherContent
- perform analysis using Google Analytics and other content analysis tools
- provide support to the team and junior staff
- work with multidisciplinary teams in agile project environments.
We are seeking individuals with the following:
- excellent attention to detail, organisational and administrative skills
- basic understanding of HTML
- good data analysis skills or ability to learn
- ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- Desirable: short courses in HTML and content publishing
- Desirable: short courses or tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, web development or communications
- Australian Citizenship and the ability to maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
- Current National Police Clearance
