Job description

  • Multiple Federal Government opportunities in Surry Hills, Penrith and Newcastle
  • 12-month contract
  • $42.54 per hour + super
Our client is currently seeking multiple APS4 Digital Support Officers to join their NSW team in Sydney (Surry Hills and Penrith) and Newcastle.
Responsibilities for APS4 Digital Support Officers may include but are not limited to:
  • Assisting produce original digital content to support engagement activities, and the design and editing of digital content, including quarterly reports.
  • Coordinating the ingestion and delivery of content and assisting with forward planned events and supporting the live production of high-profile virtual events like webinars.
  • Providing technical support to the staff leading virtual events, assisting in the preparation and evaluation of the events including creation of key documents.
  • Assisting forward planned events and supporting with the live production of high profile virtual events like webinars.
  • Undertaking desktop research and contributing to team resources.
  • Assisting the coordination with external suppliers in accordance with Agency contracts and policies.
  • Supporting data management activities and identifying risks and trends to assist forward planning and informed deliverables.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
  • Relevant qualification and industry experience is desirable.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work in varied fast paced environment.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high work standards and accuracy.
  • Experience in building relationships both with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • It is highly desirable that applicants have an understanding of or lived experience in the field of disability.
