Location: Sydney (multiple locations around Sydney available)

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support within a fast-paced and purpose-driven government environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a dynamic setting and enjoys supporting senior leadership teams.
As an Executive Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the branch through effective coordination, communication, and administrative support. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and contribute to delivering positive outcomes for the broader community.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex diaries and inboxes, responding to changing priorities and deadlines
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and official functions for senior staff
- Schedule meetings and prepare agendas, briefing papers, and committee documentation
- Draft correspondence, briefing materials, and confidential documents
- Provide high-level administrative support across personnel and financial matters
- Undertake operational and administrative tasks of moderate complexity
- Conduct research and investigations as required
- Liaise professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- Flexibility and adaptability in a changing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office systems
- Experience coordinating travel, meetings, and executive support activities
- Must be an Australian Citizen
- Previous experience in an Executive Assistant, Administration, or Office Support role
- Experience working within government or large corporate environments is highly regarded
- Relevant qualifications in business administration, office management, or similar disciplines are desirable but not essential
- Open-plan and hot desk working arrangements
- Occasional work-from-home flexibility
- Computer and screen-based work
- High-volume communication and stakeholder engagement
