We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Officer to provide operational and administrative support within a fast-paced service delivery environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced administrator who enjoys coordinating multiple priorities, building strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to the efficient delivery of business operations. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will support a range of operational functions, provide high-quality administrative assistance, and help ensure services are delivered effectively and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including complex and remote travel bookings.
- Provide administrative and operational support across a broad range of business functions.
- Monitor and manage shared correspondence channels, ensuring enquiries and work items are actioned within agreed service standards.
- Maintain organisational charts, distribution lists, templates, records and business documentation.
- Support leaders and teams through research, analysis, reporting and project coordination activities.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems and operational efficiency.
- Exercise sound judgement and make decisions within established policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team environment focused on achieving high-quality outcomes and customer service standards.
- Assist with planning, coordination and administration of operational activities and business initiatives.
