About the Organisation
Our client is a Federal Government Department looking to engage a strong APS4/5 Coordinator to support the coordination and delivery of L&D training courses. 
NV1 is essential for this role.

About the Role
The Learning Business Operations Section is seeking a APS4/5 resource who will coordinate training courses, manage logistics and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across all teams in the Academy.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
  • be highly motivated and flexible team member
  • well organised and able to prioritise effectively.
  • have good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Prior experience in Learning and Development is highly desirable.
The key duties include:
  • Course administration:
    • Creation of classes in the LUMI (Learning Management System) for all courses
    • Course registration management in the LUMI
    • Calendar updates for all courses in liaison with Comms Manager
    • Send coursework to the print room and collect from print room
    • Collate training packs for training facilitators
    • Manage the administration of external and internal course participants
    • External and internal capture of course participants, spreadsheet creation with required course data sets for courses and email replies to course participants.
  • Support the reception team with room arrangements for courses, including:
    • Room bookings
    • Equipment booking (eg laptop, projector, etc)
    • Catering
    • Other administrative support as required
