Data and Reporting Analyst will focus on identifying and communicating key trends and insights and collaborating with key business areas in the development and implementation of consumable reports and analytics to address key risks and emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities
- Extract, manipulate and present data to produce high-quality reports and visual outputs that support monitoring against organisational objectives.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through validation, cleansing and quality assurance activities.
- Analyse and interpret results to generate meaningful insights, communicating findings effectively to a variety of audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools and methodologies, and implement enhancements where appropriate.
- Maintain relevant technical and procedural documentation to ensure consistency, accuracy and transparency.
- Develop, implement and maintain frameworks for reports, dashboards and visualisations using a range of tools and platforms.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders to support ongoing reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends, patterns, and insights to support evidence-based decision-making.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including, but not limited to advanced charting, power query, pivot tables, advanced formula functions).
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including the ability to work collaboratively to understand reporting needs and translate business requirements into data outputs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear, concise, and visually effective way.
- Ability to respond to changing priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting project delivery, including planning, tracking progress, and measuring outcomes.
- Demonstrated initiative in improving reporting processes and solving data-related challenges.
- Experience eliciting and analysing business requirements, particularly in relation to data and reporting needs.
