Hourly Rate: $55.24 + Super
Locations: National 

DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Web Services Publishing Officer to join a high-performing Federal Government team responsible for delivering accessible, user-focused digital content across multiple websites.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Drupal CMS, website content publishing and digital accessibility who enjoys working collaboratively to deliver high-quality online experiences.

As part of the Digital Channels team, you will support the publishing and maintenance of website content across several web assets, ensuring content is accurate, accessible and aligned with best practice.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate content updates, improve the user experience and manage publishing requests through Jira.

Key Responsibilities
  • Publish and maintain website content using Drupal CMS.
  • Ensure all content complies with WCAG accessibility standards and best practice.
  • Review website content and recommend improvements based on user needs and analytics.
  • Coordinate publishing requests and manage workflows through Jira Service Desk.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate web content.
  • Support ongoing website improvements and digital initiatives.
  • Contribute to the efficient management of multiple web assets.
About YouTo be successful you will have:
  • Experience using Drupal CMS or a similar Content Management System.
  • Experience publishing and maintaining website content.
  • Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and digital accessibility.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience using Jira, SharePoint, Teams or similar collaboration tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality digital content.
Desirable
  • Experience working within Federal or State Government.
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance or not-for-profit sectors.
  • Qualifications in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or a related discipline.
  • Experience using analytics and data to improve digital content and user experience.
