Job description

We have opportunities to join a large Federal Government Agency based in Dandenong or Geelong. As an APS5 Service Support Officer you will work closely with the contact centre to provide administrative support in the creation of training resources, scripts, L&D materials and support process improvement projects.

The role will be a 12-month assignment paying $53.63 per hour plus super.

Responsibilities


As a Service Officer, you will be required to:
  • Contribute to and draft high level correspondence and reports
  • Contribute to the review and creation of training resources, scripts and work instructions
  • Provide feedback and support teams to ensure quality outcomes
  • Contribute to process improvements and implementation of new processes
About You

To be successful in this role you will have a level of knowledge and/or experience working within a similar environment (contact centre or government).

You will also have a passion for continuous learning and identifying new areas for learning.

In addition you will demonstrate;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with well-developed interpersonal skills
  • The ability to be flexible and responsive to competing demands
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills

As this role is within the Federal Government, applicants are required to hold Australian Citizenship in order to be considered.
