About the role:

Reporting to the Portfolio Engagement Manager, the Business Analyst will be apart of  a dynamic close knit team to assist in the project delivery of a strategic platform upgrade. The Business Analyst will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders from across the business, to understand needs and requirements specific to business change and strategic initiatives and ensure they are implemented effectively. Business Analysts may also help undertake early planning/analysis for new ideas which the business prioritises for delivery.

 What you will bring to the role:
  • 3-5 years Business analyst experience in an agile commercial and/or regulatory environment
  • Waterfall and Agile experience plus an understanding of JIRA and Confluence is advantageous
  • Experience in delivering projects in the Financial or Insurance services industry
  • The ability to articulate the output and artifacts a project will deliver
  • Experience in leading and facilitating workshops
  • Knowledge and experience in applying a business analysis methodology
  • Ability to analyse and implement business changes/improvements
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to find links and trends amongst multiple and varied forms of information, integrating facts arising from customers, competitors, and the market
  • Demonstrated experience working across digital transformation projects
