About the Role
Join a dynamic Client Services team as the Escalations Manager, handling the most complex and sensitive compliance cases. You will manage disputes, including legal escalations, and work directly with installers, retailers, and regulators to resolve issues. This is a senior role requiring tenacity, authority, and expert knowledge of compliance processes.
Key Requirements
- Experience in regulated environments (energy, government, financial services, insurance, or similar)
- Knowledge of renewable energy industry compliance (advantageous)
- Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage escalations and take decisive action
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including liaising with lawyers and regulators
- Proven process adherence, documentation accuracy, and compliance focus
- CRM or case management system experience
- Manage escalated cases from investigation to resolution, including potential legal action
- Liaise with lawyers, regulators, installers, and internal teams
- Identify potential fraud, non-compliance, or eligibility issues
- Educate installers and retailers on compliance requirements and best practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and case records
- De-escalate sensitive situations while managing expectations
- Identify recurring issues and support process improvements
