  • Salary $75K - $85 + super (depending on experience)
  • Full-time (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)

About the Role

Join a busy Client Services team managing complex and escalated customer and compliance cases. You will investigate issues, liaise with stakeholders, and drive resolutions while maintaining strong relationships and compliance standards.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in regulated environments (energy, government, financial services, insurance or similar)
  • Renewable energy industry exposure (advantageous)
  • Strong phone-based customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven process adherence and documentation accuracy
  • Experience managing escalations or complex cases
  • Strong problem-solving and investigative ability
  • CRM or case management system experience
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage escalated cases from investigation to resolution
  • Communicate with clients via phone and email
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • De-escalate sensitive situations and manage expectations
  • Maintain accurate documentation and case records
  • Identify recurring issues and support process improvements
