Our client is seeking a commercially focused Commercial Lease Administration Analyst to support the management and optimisation of a diverse property portfolio, including land, buildings, and strategic precinct assets.
This is a hands-on role where you will play a key part in delivering leasing outcomes, coordinating internal project activities, and ensuring effective administration across a complex, mixed-use portfolio. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, bringing strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Lease Administration
- Manage end-to-end lease processes including renewals, variations, compliance, and documentation
- Conduct detailed lease analysis to ensure accuracy and commercial alignment
- Monitor lease obligations and support negotiation processes
- Work closely with internal teams, tenants, and external advisors to deliver leasing outcomes
- Coordinate project activities and support property-related initiatives
- Liaise with legal advisors, valuers, and other stakeholders as required
- Assist in the management and optimisation of a diverse property portfolio
- Provide input into property strategies and asset performance initiatives
- Maintain accurate lease records, data, and documentation within internal systems
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and supporting materials
- Support commercial decision-making through analysis and reporting
- Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Qualifications & Experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification in property, business, commerce, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in commercial property management and leasing, ideally within heavy industrial or complex environments
- Demonstrated experience managing leases end-to-end (negotiation, compliance, renewals, variations)
- Sound understanding of commercial and financial principles
- Experience working with legal advisors, valuers, and dispute resolution processes
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to interpret lease agreements, legislation, and commercial documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well-developed organisational and time management abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property/lease management systems
