Job description

We are expanding our team in Australia and are looking for a passionate Customer Service and Sales Consultant who is determined to deliver an exceptional service to our customers and join our Experience Centre team in Doncaster.

The role
  • Provide high quality service and ensure all clientele receive a premium experience and respond to service enquiries relating to a range of products and services.
  • Deliver solutions uniquely designed for each of our customers
  • Work in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with full support from your leadership team
  • Follow up all customer quotations / enquiries to secure product sales
  • Assist with coordination and set up of demonstration kitchen for cooking classes.
  • Assist with trade nights, product training sessions and Centre events upon liaison with Senior Centre staff. Hospitality duties are required at these functions.
Who we look for
  • Experience in customer service or sales, be that in person or over the phone, or people starting out in customer service who are keen to learn and grow.
  • Consultative style approach with a focus on customer experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to connect and develop rapport with customers and peers.
  • Confidence in navigating multiple systems.
  • Ability to contribute to a positive team environment
