Job description

Our client, a leader in the home appliance industry are seeking experienced & passionate service consultants to provide first level support to their customers. Working in this busy service driven environment you will be required to manage customer enquiries using your excellent communication, problem solving & time management skills. 

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
  • Taking incoming calls from customers
  • Creating and updating customers’ warranty claims
  • Providing technical triage support to customers to resolve their issues
  • Navigating CRM, systems and office programs and phone software
  • Liaising with internal departments to resolve warranty claims
The successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience in a customer service role 
  • Strong communication skills 
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills - exposure to CRM and booking systems advantageous 
  • Positive & enthusiastic approach to customer service 
  • Attention to detail & the ability to multitask

This is a full time ongoing contract position. Successful applicants will be flexible to work a rotational roster between 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
