Job description

Our client, IMED Radiology – one of Australia’s leading medical imaging networks are looking for exceptional customer service agents to join their Mt Waverley team!

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
  • Proactively respond to a range of enquiries from patients, carers and customers
  • Manage appointment bookings and requests
  • Communication of private and sensitive information to stakeholders, ensuring accuracy in transferring information.
  • Accurate record keeping with a focus on quality and accuracy of data 
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Experience in a customer service and/or call centre environment
  • Experience in the medical environment highly advantageous 
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills 
  • High-level problem-solving skills with detail focus   
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong working relationships. 
Successful candidates must be able to commence in early July. With flexibility to work a full-time rotational roster between the hours of 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday
