We are looking for Multiple Customer Service Consultants to join our team, supporting members of a respected Australian health insurance provider during the premium rate review period.
If you have phone based experience in Insurance,Energy or similar complex environments and love helping people, this is your chance to shine!

 What You’ll Do
  • Handle inbound enquiries from existing members during the rate review period.
  • Provide clear, empathetic guidance to help customers understand their options.
  • Apply your training to deliver exceptional service every time.
What We’re Looking For
  • Call centre or strong customer service background is highly regarded
  • Confident communicator with strong listening and empathy skills
  • Comfortable in fast-paced, KPI-driven environments
  • High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
  • Tech-savvy and able to navigate multiple systems
  • A stable NBN internet connection & WFH Office setup 
  • To be successful, you must complete and be cleared through a full police check and professional work references

  • Availability to work full time hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6 PM AEDST (no weekends).
