Job description

Our client, IMED Radiology is a leading diagnostics provider in the Health Care Industry! Due to continuous growth, they are seeking a number of exceptional customer service agents to join their Mt Waverley Head Office team with August & September start dates!

For you:
  • A commencing pay rate of $29.85 per hour + superannuation – penalties for weekend work!

About The Role:
  • Provide first call resolution to a range of enquiries from individuals and healthcare providers
  • Manage booking enquiries and information requests.
  • Respond appropriately and within designated timeframes.
  • Management of patient data with a focus on quality and accuracy
  • Focus on building relationships both internal and external to the business.
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Previous experience in high volume call centre environment
  • High level customer service skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Database management experience (using multiple systems simultaneously)
  • High level attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with friendly and approachable nature
The successful candidate will be available to commence in early working a Monday to Friday rotational roster between 7am and 6pm. The first 4 weeks will be full time training.
