We have a number of opportunities for exceptional Customer Service agents.

Your responsibilities will incorporate:
  • Provide first call resolution to a range of enquiries from patients, carers and customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage appointment bookings and requests
  • Respond appropriately and with a sense of urgency towards urgent appointment requests
  • Ensure relevant information is provided to the customer – eg Fees, site locations, directions etc
  • Management and first call resolution of customer concerns, feedback and complaints
  • Ensure patient records are kept up to date and all communication logged into the system
  • Build strong relationships
To be considered for this position you will demonstrate the following capabilities:
  • Minumium 2 years in a call centre environment
  • Previous experience working in a medical environment is desirable
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Intermediate – advanced system experience (using multiple online programs simultaneously)
  • High level attention to detail
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
The core hours the call centre operates are 7:00am - 6:00pm, working a rotating roster, Monday to Saturday.
We are offering both full-time and part-time positions. Our requirements for part-time are 25 hours per week, to include Monday's and Saturday morning shifts (usually 8am - 1pm). Part-timers are also required to work the first four weeks full time (Mon-Fri) for the training period.
