About the role
We are seeking high-performing and motivated Delivery Manager with a strong understanding of Agile ways of working in Government. The Delivery Manager will work closely with the Product Manager to manage milestones, program backlog, and remove impediments for the team.
This will be a 6-month assignment followed by 12 months extension.

As an Delivery Manager , your duties includes
  • Work across the streams and with partner agencies to ensure timely delivery of the various projects.
  • Facilitating and leading team sprint ceremonies, such as Daily Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Retro and Showcases.
  • Removing blockers and impediments for the delivery streams.
  • Creating and maintaining the roadmap of key milestones and activities across the program of work.
  • Support procurement, workforce planning activities for the program and facilitation of program led workshops.
Skills and Experience
Australian Citizenship is essential with an ability to obtain and maintain Baseline Security clearance.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and has an aptitude for collaboration and negotiation with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • A high level of organisational skills with the ability to identify and manage multiple high priority items in a fast-paced environment.
  • Poses high attention to detail and a focus on delivery in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrate ability as a Delivery Manager to plan and manage the delivery of products using agile techniques and frameworks.
  • Experience managing a multidisciplinary team and solve complex problems 
  • Experience as a Scrum Master or similar role ( Diserable )
