Role Overview: The Digital UX Producer plays a key role in the management, optimisation and maintenance of the client's digital strategy, including website and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities;
- Lead the UX service design and implementation for all digital products and services, from concept to launch, across multiple service and functional areas of the business to improve the overall user experience.
- Lead content strategy, planning, development, and execution across all digital channels to ensure product, brand strategy and tactical campaign performance is achieved.
- Develop workflows for digital content including production to publication, implement and embed the workflow with cross division stakeholders, ensuring effective integration across multiple digital and offline channels.
- Lead the businesses digital ecosystem for ring-fencing required for NWIS reform and implement proactive monitoring and reporting to ensure integrity of solutions.
- Provide user experience development for product interaction layers with an integrated and mobile responsive design mindset.
- Complete a range of activities associated with digital design and management including but not limited to conducting user research, HCD workshops, creating wireframes and prototypes, testing and evaluating designs, and working with cross-functional teams to identify integration impacts and ensure that the final product meets the needs of the customer and the business.
- Manage the development and performance of digital marketing initiatives and digital experience solutions for the C&C Division and the broader business.
- Manage the enhancements to the digital ecosystem, structure, layout and digital functions to further progress the digital transformation and drive a positive customer experience through integrated digital channels as well as commercial outcomes.
- Through continuous improvement practices, support the M&I team’s digital systems, policies, strategies, and tools, to drive improvements.
- Strong cross-functional engagement across the business to deliver UX and marketing content for corporate strategy initiatives and business unit initiatives with a focus on digital performance and driving channel engagement, including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and email marketing.
- Partner with key subject matter experts across the business to provide coaching and mentoring to increase visibility of C&C and digital marketing capability, promoting the development of a positive and consistent brand.
- Provide content marketing expertise to the business to ensure execution of projects as required.
- develop rigorous analysis and reporting to monitor, measure and evaluation performance of all digital campaigns and digital channel performance and key activities and initiatives to demonstrate return on investment, success against objectives, and alignment to business strategy.
- Regular reporting on the status of activities against plan and budget, as well as performance against organisational strategy and goals.
- Management of risk in line with the Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Management of compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Essential to be successful in this role:
- Significant experience in a similar digital management role
- Experience in leading innovative UI, service design and UX and delivery of complex digital product solutions including websites or apps, multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve a high-quality customer experience and campaign performance.
- Demonstrated experience using customer insights and data to drive decision making, create plans and affect change.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and organisational skills to effectively communicate design decisions, being able to explain technical concepts to multiple stakeholders with varying levels of technical knowledge.
- Strong track record of creating and delivering strategies and implementation plans
- Ability to build strong working relationships across wide and varied business areas, effectively manage stakeholders and bring people along the DX journey
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and deliver outcomes in a high pressure and rapidly evolving environment.
- Experience leading and managing collaborative, cross functional teams including developers, product owners, product managers, technology & IT, and other subject matter experts
- Proactive, with strong creative problem-solving skills
- Demonstration of continued commitment to learning and development in digital technologies, UX/UI, human centred design.
- Strong knowledge of DX/UX best practice
- Understanding of strategic marketing concepts and consumer behaviour
