DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner for a short-term contract with a large South Australian public sector organisation.
This role will provide operational HR advice and support across a diverse client portfolio, partnering with managers on a range of workforce matters including recruitment, workforce administration, classification matters, and general HR advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders.
- Support recruitment and workforce administration processes.
- Assist with classification and reclassification matters.
- Prepare HR correspondence and documentation.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver responsive client service.
- Contribute to workforce reporting and HR system administration.
- Previous experience working within the South Australian Public Sector (essential).
- Experience providing HR advisory support across a range of workforce matters.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a health or healthcare-related environment will be highly regarded.
- ASO4 level opportunity.
- Part-time engagement (2–3 days per week).
- Immediate commencement within the next two weeks.
- Initial two-month contract.
