The Role
The ICT Administration Officer shall supports information management strategies, policy and practice that is collaboratively created, clearly articulated, consistently structured, is secure and accessible.
 
Your duties, but not limited to:
  • Manage the document control measures are adhered to departmet guidliness.
  • Assist to research, analyse, interpret and create Information and Knowledge management documentation.
  • Assist in the development of effective and efficient process and tools for the management of Information.
  • Work collaboratively to deliver consistent and structured Information and Knowledge management articles.
Skills and experience:
    • Demonstrate minimum of 3 years' experience in ICT general administration.
    • Demonstrated experience using information and records management systems (EDRMS or ECM), Microsoft 365, SharePoint, MS Teams and One Note.
    • Demonstrate having a very high level of attention to detail and the ability to develop and/or review and revise related documentation.
    • Proven ability to make sound pragmatic decisions and judgements under tight timelines.
    • Demonstrate strong customer relationship and stakeholder engagement skills.
