We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Information Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of duties across records management, library services, road planning referral services, and technical support. Immediate availability is required.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Records Customer Delivery Services:
- Manage reception desk operations and handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Oversee floor clearances and ensure proper document scanning & quality control
- Classify, index, and create files; maintain and update electronic and physical records
- Conduct file census activities, including barcode audits
- Respond to search requests and process invoices related to records services
Records Retention & Disposal Services:
- Facilitate onsite and offsite retention and disposal processing
- Coordinate offsite archiving and file reservations (bring-ups)
- Manage legacy records processing and ensure compliance with retention policies
- Perform shelving, scanning, and metadata linking support
- Assist with library weeding and collection management
- Process planning applications, development applications, and sub-divisions
- Provide support for referral and planning-related inquiries
Trim Technical Support Services:
- Administer system access, security, and system configurations
- Provide help desk support and troubleshooting assistance
- Assist with minor testing and data migration activities
