Inventory Control Analyst / Warehousing
Location: Longford
Employment Type: Full-time / Contract

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Inventory Control Analyst to support our warehouse and supply chain operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to develop practical experience in inventory management, reporting, and operational processes.
You will learn daily warehouse operations, systems, controls, and procedures while supporting inventory planning and analysis under guidance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and adjust shipment plans to support efficient distribution
  • Monitor inventory levels, production rates, and customer demand
  • Maintain optimal stock levels and set reorder points
  • Prepare inventory reports and assist with basic analysis
  • Perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations
  • Support periodic asset valuations
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to process improvements
Skills & Experience
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • ERP system exposure (preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Analytical mindset with an interest in inventory or supply chain
  • Ability to follow processes and work under supervision
