Job description

We are seeking experienced Call Centre professionals for a casual part-time Telephone Interviewing project based in Brisbane CBD, commencing on 14th of April and running through to mid/late July.

What’s on offer:
  • 25–31 hours per week
  • Monday to Friday: 2:30pm – 8:00pm
  • One Saturday per fortnight: 10:00am – 4:00pm
  • Supportive team environment
 
About the role:

You will conduct telephone interviews as part of a market research project, engaging with participants, accurately recording responses, and delivering a high standard of customer interaction.

About you:
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience
  • Market research/telephone interviewing experience (desirable)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly phone manner with a positive, professional attitude
  • High attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Resilient and confident handling challenging conversations
  • Reliable with a strong work ethic
  • Typing speed of 35+ WPM
