We are seeking experienced Call Centre professionals for a casual part-time Telephone Interviewing project based in Brisbane CBD, commencing on 14th of April and running through to mid/late July.

What’s on offer:
- 25–31 hours per week
- Monday to Friday: 2:30pm – 8:00pm
- One Saturday per fortnight: 10:00am – 4:00pm

- Previous call centre or customer service experience
- Market research/telephone interviewing experience (desirable)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly phone manner with a positive, professional attitude
- High attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Resilient and confident handling challenging conversations
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM
