Ready for a Role That Actually Excites You?

Let’s be honest… scrolling SEEK can feel like déjà vu.
Same roles. Same buzzwords. Same promises.

This one’s different.

With our client, you’re not just stepping into a job — you’re stepping into a purpose-driven career where your work genuinely changes lives every single day. Our client is a truly values-led mental health provider, this team is on a mission to empower people to live independent, fulfilling lives. You’ll be surrounded by engaged, highly trained clinicians who care about outcomes — and each other!

Why This Role Stands Out

-
Competitive, negotiable salary (we value your experience)
- Monthly, funded professional development (yes, actually funded)
- Work across paediatric and adult caseloads
- Be part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team (no siloed working here)
- Regular supervision & real career growth pathways
- Performance-based incentives to reward your impact

The Role (And Why You’ll Love It)

This is more than assessments and reports. You’ll work with individuals navigating mental health challenges and dual disabilities, including complex presentations — helping them build independence and live meaningful lives.

You’ll:

 - Deliver functional, sensory & assistive technology assessments
 - Design person-centred, evidence-based interventions
 - Support daily living, community participation & capacity building
 - Collaborate with GPs, psychiatrists & a passionate allied health team
 - Create impactful NDIS reports that unlock real outcomes

About You

You’re an OT who wants more than just a job. You want:
- Purpose-driven work in mental health & NDIS
- A team that actually supports you
- Variety, challenge, and growth

You’ll bring:
  • AHPRA registration (Occupational Therapist)
  • Strong assessment & reporting skills
  • A passion (or strong interest) in mental health
  • Driver’s licence + NDIS checks (or willingness to obtain)
