About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Services Support Lead to join our client on a contract basis. Based in Melbourne, this role is responsible for supporting the coordination and delivery of key programs across a national partner network.
You will manage multiple workstreams, support reporting and data analysis, and act as a key liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders. This role suits a highly organised professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple program workstreams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Prepare, analyse, and distribute reports using advanced Excel skills
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure high-quality data management and documentation
  • Respond to stakeholder and partner queries within agreed service levels, escalating where required
  • Liaise with external partners and internal teams to support program delivery
  • Support invoice, voucher, and reporting processes as required
  • Contribute to process improvements and support team transition activities
What You Will Bring
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within health, retail, or a regulated environment
  • Advanced Excel skills with demonstrated experience in reporting and data analysis
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in data handling
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a small, fast-paced team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
  • Experience with learning management systems or similar platforms
