Our Federal Government client aims to undertake a range of activities to make Australia the safest country in the world to connect and conduct business on-line. 

The Opportunity
Program Resource Coordinators will support the agency program in resource planning and onboarding processes. You shall be engaged in an initial 12 months contract with another 24 months of extension 

Duties includes:
  • Coordinate in desiging and delivery of resource planning including the on-boarding, induction, and of-boarding processes.
  • Promote an ability of a strong cultural fit using various methods of engagement.
  • Work on procurment and recruitment processes to fill the manpower requirments.
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks to define and maintain registers, access controls and quality processes.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in the design and delivery of on-boarding, induction and of-boarding processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in accurate record keeping and ab ability to organise tasks and delivery in timely manner.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and has an aptitude for collaboration and negotiation with a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of procurement, recruitment and resource management frameworks, procedures and policies (  Desirable )
  • Ability to work under pressure with a strong time management and self-organisation skills.

Both Full time and Part-time arrangements will be considered.
