About the position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to support our project teams in the delivery and management of road and bridge projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships, contribute to significant infrastructure developments, and work within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

About the position
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Officer to support our project teams in the delivery and management of road and bridge projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships, contribute to significant infrastructure developments, and work within a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Project/Contract Managers with project delivery, review, and reporting on progress, performance, and issues
- Prepare project plans and contract documentation
- Research related projects and support development, maintenance, and improvement of project management systems and guidelines
- Support contract payments, claims, and variations
- Schedule and implement project tasks, activities, milestones, and manage budgets
- Contribute to project scoping, development, design, delivery, and review
- Coordinate and review project close-out activities, including lessons learned
- Proven experience in road and/or bridge design, construction, and maintenance or project management processes
- Strong research, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Knowledge of contract administration systems, work health and safety policies, and EEO/diversity practices
- Valid Western Australian ‘C’ or ‘C-A’ Class (car) driver’s license or equivalent
