Job description

DFP Recruitment are seeking experienced Records, Document Control and Information Management professionals for numerous vacancies around Perth, Western Australia.
  • Competitive hourly rates - $30-45 per hour plus Super (depending on experience)
  • Short and long-term contracts available
  • Local, State and Federal government clients
  • Perth CBD, NOR and SOR locations
 
Duties may include:
  • Reviews analyses, interprets and maintains data information
  • Good communication with the ability to provide information clearly and concisely
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively and constructively as part of a team
  • Good planning and organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks and work within agreed timelines
  • Ensures data quality is maintained
  • Facilitates and participates in quality improvement activities
  • Provides administrative support for the Information Management and Business Support team
 
REQUIRED
  • Experience within records, document control and/or information management
  • Strong administration and data entry experience also accepted
  • Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Good time management skills including the ability to plan and prioritise to meet deadlines
  • Excellent Microsoft Officer (Work and Excel) skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Full working rights
  • Able to pass police clearance check (if required)
  • Previous government experience is highly advantageous
  • Experience with SAP, TRIM, Oracle, Objective highly advantageous
