This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their recruitment career, or a recent Business or Human Resources graduate, who is motivated by people, curious about the world of recruitment, and keen to build a solid foundation in the industry.
About the role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key support role within the recruitment team, helping connect great people with meaningful work. Working closely with experienced Consultants, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high‑quality recruitment outcomes across temporary and permanent roles.

About the role
As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key support role within the recruitment team, helping connect great people with meaningful work. Working closely with experienced Consultants, you’ll contribute to the delivery of high‑quality recruitment outcomes across temporary and permanent roles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Consultants with end‑to‑end recruitment delivery
- Sourcing candidates via SEEK, LinkedIn, referrals and databases
- Screening and interviewing candidates and preparing shortlists
- Coordinating interviews, candidate communication and admin support
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for high‑demand roles
- Managing onboarding tasks including references, VEVO checks and compliance
- Assisting with recruitment campaigns, projects and volume hiring
