Job description

Scribe – Federal Government (Melbourne City)

Benefits: Working from home; Flexible hours; Competitive hourly rates; Weekly pay cycle

$35 - $55 per hour

We are currently seeking individuals to join our DFP Scribe community and work alongside our State and Federal Government clients on a variety of recruitment projects. These opportunities have flexible working arrangements, and include a mixture of on-site, teleconference and video conferencing options.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Note taking at interviews
  • Assisting selection panels with deliberation
  • Preparing and writing comparative analysis and selection reports
  • Undertaking reference checks (verbal and written)
  • Providing feedback to applicants
Effective communication, both verbal and written, coupled with strong time management skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with external stakeholders will be critical to your success.

These opportunities provide you with the flexibility to undertake assignments based upon your availability. We get daily requests from our State and Federal Government clients and we will liaise with you regularly to schedule your time, noting you could be managing multiple recruitment processes at a time.

Please Note: This role does not offer a guarenteed number of hours each week - you get to choose how often you'd like to work!

We are interested in hearing from both experienced Scribes, and those who have strong written communication skills. Recruitment/ HR Graduates, Technical Writers, Communications Specialists and Executive Assistants (with minute taking experience) are encouraged to apply.
