Focus of the Role:
  • Provide specialist advice and day-to-day management of the organisations remuneration and benefits policy and frameworks.
  • Support the execution of annual salary review processes.
  • Manage and analyze costs and trends in remuneration and benefits programs.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform recommendations on employee remuneration and benefits.
  • Benchmark individual roles to recommend competitive market rates for employment offers.
  • Oversee day-to-day management of employee benefits programs, including salary packaging, novated leases, and employee discount programs.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Degree in Business, HR Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Visual Basic, Power BI, SAP, SuccessFactors, and other data-analysis systems.
  • Experience conducting salary reviews using SuccessFactors compensation module.
  • Considerable experience with Hays Job Classification methodology or similar methodologies.
  • Experience in a GTE and/or with implementing salary reviews in an EA environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This is a full-time contract role commencing ASAP to assist with a backlog of work, anticipated project lengths is 6 months, working Monday to Friday between 9am to 5pm commencing immediately.
